Unless otherwise specified, Webvisions' siteAdmin managed service includes:
- System configuration
- Operating system upgrades
- Supported software upgrades or service patch updates
- Configuring mail servers
- Configuring web servers
- Configuring FTP servers
- Software installation and configuration (instructions must be provided)
- Operating system troubleshooting
- CGI installation & troubleshooting
- Hardware installation & upgrades
- RAM (memory) upgrades
- Replacing hardware components with spares or upgrades
- Installation & replacement of hard drives
siteAdmin - Service Plans
Our siteAdmin service can be purchased as follows:
