Service Level Agreement
Webvisions is committed to providing quality hosting services with a standard of excellence commensurate with 'Best Practice' in the Australian hosting industry. We aim to provide the best quality care available and will continue to strive to keep improving our service levels. With our Service Level Agreements (SLA's), you are guaranteed a level of service that provides you with peace of mind.
Webvisions offers various SLA levels - Basic, Enhanced, Premium, for different services. Basic SLA's are generally free, whereas Enhanced and Premium level SLA's are at additional cost.
The table below provides a general guide to each type of service and the SLA's available. However, please note that SLA's, their type, availability and terms differ for each customer. All SLA's for the services we provide you, will be clearly stipulated in your Service Agreement with Webvisions.
