Acceptable Usage Policy

WEBVISIONS' products and/or services are intended for 'bona-fide' and proper use in accordance with this Acceptable Use Policy.

CUSTOMERS agree to the following Acceptable Use Policy without reservation:

• CUSTOMER agrees not to use any WEBVISIONS product and/or service for any illegal, abusive, or unethical activity. Illegal, abusive or unethical activities may include, but are not limited to, pornography, obscenity, nudity, violations of privacy, piracy, third party property, defamation, hacking, computer virus, gambling, or promotion of gambling, and any harassing or harmful materials or uses as determined by WEBVISIONS;
  
  
• WEBVISIONS does NOT allow IRC, Bots or ANY IRC related activities on its services;
  
  
• CUSTOMER agrees to indemnify and hold OZFRONTIERS harmless from any claim resulting from CUSTOMERS publication or otherwise use of illegal, abusive, or unethical materials;
  
  
• WEBVISIONS cannot and does not pre-screen content hosted using its services. WEBVISIONS reserves the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to reject, move or remove any materials which are illegal, abusive or unethical, without being liable to you in any way for any loss arising from such rejection or removal;
• WEBVISIONS also reserves the right to reject, move or remove any material if required by any regulatory authority or court of law;
• CUSTOMERS using WEBVISIONS' products and/or services must comply with any relevant State or Federal legislation in place within Australia and/or New South Wales as may exist from time to time;
• WEBVISIONS will make every reasonable effort to alert you to activities in contravention of this Acceptable Use Policy when discovered. However,
• WEBVISIONS is not required to give such notice before deactivating your use of our services if, in our discretion, your use constitutes or results in illegal, abusive, or unethical activities;
• To protect our equipment against spam, unsolicited email, viruses, hackers or activities which WEBVISIONS considers unethical, WEBVISIONS reserves the right to ban any IPs, domains or computers whether within or outside of its network from accessing any computers or equipment of its network. This includes scanning of any data that enters our network and all server logs for such content and banning them whenever WEBVISIONS deems appropriate;
• If an WEBVISIONS product and/or service is disabled or banned, the regular monthly fees still apply until the WEBVISIONS product and/or service is terminated by the CUSTOMER;
• Technical support updates, network maintenance or any system maintenance and changes will be updated on our website at http://ozfrontiers.com.au/. At WEBVISIONS'' prerogative, such updates will be sent via email if an issue effects all our customers to a large degree;
• CUSTOMER agrees not to harass, threaten or abuse authorized representatives of WEBVISIONS, including but not limited to tech support representatives, customer relations representatives, and sales representatives, or otherwise abuse WEBVISIONS' support services;
• WEBVISIONS respects the intellectual property and creation of others, and we expect our customers to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property infringement, please provide us with a Statutory Declaration made under Australian law, stating:
  • that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property interest;
  • the description of the intellectual property right that you claim has been infringed;
  • the description of where the materials that you claim are infringing are located on the site;
  • that the use of such materials is not authorized by the intellectual property right owner, its agent, or the law;
  • your address, telephone number, and email address, and,
  • that you have a good faith belief that the making available of the materials on the site constitutes use in a way that amounts to copyright infringement.

All claims of copyright or other intellectual property infringement must be sent with the requisite documents to:
